VILLIAN TURN 1 Aconitus can sense the following through the wolf's senses: Two figures go for Verrella; two move unerringly to the wolf, as if they can see in the dark. One of them is able to move adjacent and swings a mace at the wolf's skull; he hits (5) a solid blow (6-1(fur)=5 hits). invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/4009883/[Ask questions or perform PLAYER TURN 1 actions, for both you and the wolf.]

[OK, Invisible castle is finally back up!]
PLAYER TURN 1
Aconitus yells "Run Verella, as fast as you can!" He will cast Blur on her. Though you cannot see here, you know your spell, cast based on your familiarity and proximity to her, was successful - hopefully it will help in the darkness.
The wolf growls at the solid blow and snaps back, but the darkness and wound are too disorienting.
Meanwhile, outside the Darkness:
Slavers! Weynon ruled out the likelihood of these men being guardsmen and considered they probably had a more sinister intent. Despite Osk's words of caution and the look of intimidation from the orc, Weynon turned and strode towards the robed figures. He viewed wizards with contempt and hated slavers. Something didn't seem right here. "You there! Explain yourselves!"
Ost follows his new friend, hands close to his weapons.

Outside the Darkness: The trio of red robed men do not even acknowledge you, but the orc brandishes hi sword at you. "The only explanation you will receive is a length of steel, hu-man. Turn and leave now." [Post Player Turn 2 actions.]

Weynon clenched his jaw and readied his axe. With Borgrun's lesson still fresh in his mind he squared off with the orc. His swing was strong, but wide. Die roll for Weynon Rolled on: April 27, 2013, 7:11 p.m. 3d6-1 → [6,2,5,-1] = (12) invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/4028506/
