Wow.
There use to be a game store in Corpus Christi, TX called "Armchair Commander" or some such thing. Growing up, it was THE PLACE to go in Corpus for wargames.
Well, time changed, owners changed and some lady whose name I've forcibly forgot ended up owning it and ran it into the dirt, plowed it under and sowed salt in the span of a year. Wargames gave way to CCGs and she sat there playing Pathfinder or something of that ilk, or watching Anime, while the tweens played Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic. Not a boxed game to be found. She wound up killing the store and her marriage.
In any event, I was able to effect a few rescues before it all went under. In addition to mint copies of Melee and Wizard, I purchased a large felt hex mat (MSRP ~$45),a beautiful, painted Ral Partha 7-Headed Hydra, and two OOP Tunnels and Trolls Solo modules. I think I paid $30 for it all.

I thought about nuking this thread, since Strider joined the forum just to sell this Ebay lot. I decided to leave it, in case anyone here or lurking would be interested. It is overpriced at $65 for later editions of Melee and Wizard, but someone else might disagree, particularly as it includes Death Test.
