George is letting real life intrude on his duties here. An outrage! Indeed. A mild talking-to may be in order.

So, how is the DCG pipeline looking right now, Bret and George? Anything on the horizon?

Hey, darkpumpkin,
There are some projects in the pipeline. One is a book of two half-length adventures set in Redpoint; one is by a new author, and one is by me. This will hopefully be ready for final playtesting and editing in the next few weeks.
The George has one long delayed project he was working on again, and he just sent me an idea for another LTS project. I know he was hoping one would be ready by the end of the year.
So if things go as expected, we should see two more before Christmas (*knocks on skull*).

I'm happy to hear that Dark City is publishing more adventures. Are they going to be intermediate or advanced level?

Hey, Jonathan,
In the Redpoint book, the first adventure will be for beginners. The second will be for intermediate characters - 36 points, 8 skill levels, or characters that have acquired 80-100 xp.
Not sure on George's LTS adventure, but it sounds like it should be intermediate.

Hey, all,
As usual, I was wrong about things!
I have been mostly offline for a few months, and there are a lot of inquiries here. I'll get caught up on those over the next couple of days and then lay out where we are right now.
We appreciate all of you sticking around!

All is pretty good, araman! Replying to specifics in our pms, but just want to say it is good to hear from you!

Pretty soon someone should put up an announcement that Sunset at Silver Creek is now available!

How about a follow-on to Wolves on the Rhine, or maybe a remake with more Magic included ?

Chris Brandon has created his own game based on Melee and Wizard, called Heroes and Other Worlds, and is either refining it or creating a different version, called Blades and Black Magic. He has written a few adventures for that, not sure if he would be interested in doing a sequel to Wolves. He wrote that 13 years ago, I think it was. He seems pretty invested time-wise in his current projects, but maybe I should drop him a line and see if he has time.

I have both Heroes and Other Worlds and the first half of Blades and Black Magic. I'm waiting patiently for the second half. I know he's a busy guy but it couldn't hurt to ask. Maybe he could set aside some time in the future to do it. It was my first purchase from Dark City and I would buy the sequel immediately.

Greeting Everyone! George and Bret were kind and patient enough to both do an interview with me for my blog. I should have the interviews up in the next few days once I have some time to sit down. Cheers, orderofthecrimsondie.blogspot.com/

We will soon be publishing two games. The first is for Legends of Time and Space, called Deceit and Betrayal. It is written by Nick Gauthier, who has been writing a lot for us the last few years! He is making George and me look like slackers! It takes place in a war-threatened region of a stellar Federation. You are working against enemies without and within, and the clock as well. It should be a matter of weeks on this one, as it is done and in layout.
After that will be the next game in the Combat Boots system: Operation Battleaxe. This is the war in the vast stretches of the desert. We are very excited about this one, and the rules teaks necessitated by the unique terrain. This one is close to being finalized.
And there are a few more irons in the fire. More on those as they develop!
Hope you are all well in this crazy time!
Bret
