Mundy turns back to Reynaldo. "Stealth is not my specialty, tracking is. But I could try to follow them if you want. Not sure that is best. What do you think? Or am I just being paranoid?" He grins. "No my friend, I wouldn't want to risk them seeing you alone." Tembo steps up, "I will go out the front door with the dwarves to take a look. They may not remember me so well. It was the tigrans and Reynaldo that they were most suspicious of." Tembo looks out the front door and does not see the dwarggs. He steps out into the narrow street with the bemused dwarves. The crowd is thin, but there is steady traffic. Initially Tembo does not see the dwargg mage, but as he looks back toward the south, toward the marketplace, he spies the mage in his distinctive tattoos and the hunchback beside him. He is talking to a merchant there (the same one Shadout conversed with, as fate would have it). The merchant points back in the direction of Vempoors, and the tattoed mage looks toward you. Mulherrin catches sight of the tattoos and recognizes them: this dwargg is a necromancer, and one of considerable skill, judging by the placement of certain tattoos. The three step back into Vempoor's. Tembo is certain that the dwargg saw him and the dwarves, but not certain that he was recognized - though there are few humans here, so it is very possible.

I'm a little confused. Tembo went out the front and the rest of us are going out the back?

Yeah, I guess this can happen when trying to respond to several questions.
Here is the order of what happened:
Reynaldo, Tembo, the tigrans, Enyeto and Shadout all enter Vempoor's at roughly the same time;
Introductions are started with the dwarves, and Vempoor barters with Shadout;
Mundy enters, describes the dwargg mage and hunchback;
Transactions are finalized;
Tembo and the dwarves step out the front door, return;
And now Vempoor offers to let you out the back door.
If you guys would rather not go out the back, no problem, I just included his farewell dialogue to save some time, but we can discount it if you guys prefer another route.
So basically, Tembo has just returned, Mulherrin the dwarf (I assume) tells the group that the dwargg is a necromancer, and now you may exit the back or decide something else.
Sorry for the confusion!

"Hmmm... a Nekromantzer you say?" Rrowullh replies to Mulherrin's report. Looking first to Tembo and then to Reynaldo, "Better not take any chances, I think. Hate for us to walk out the front door into an ambush. Shadout seems to have found us an alternative. The back way seems best. But questions, should we attempt to elude these followers? Or should we circle around and confront them together?"
"Seven of us might give that wizard reason to hesitate. He may have other allies in the crowd, but then again," he looks towards the two Dwarves, "so might we."

"I agree with your last thought Rrowullh. The actions of the dwargg have me believing he does not want to harm us. If he does then seven would be trouble for anyone." "Let us circle around and see what he wants."
Enyeto pipes in, "For once I agree with the magic user. If its a fight the dwargg wants then let us give him one to remember. If his intentions are peaceful, then they may also be profitable."

"Based on our last encounter and what we know about the dwarggs, our tigran friends are probably the most in danger. If they wish to meet the necromancer head on, and the bulk of the group agrees, then who am I to say no." To the dwarves Reynaldo speaks, "my friends, this isn't your fight, but I would be honored to have you stand by my side should something comes up."
Tembo nods, "Aye, my family has always been friendly with dwarves and I don't intend to stop now."

"'Wish to meet' is too strongly put, but rather learn their intentions - here and now, all of us prepared, than in some quiet ambush on ground of their choosing." Rrowullh says. "But how to proceed?" "Rraynahldoh says the dwargg was first interested in he and I" rumbles Khanmahtt. "Purrhaps we two approach them directly and publicly, with the rest of you obviously close at hand? Except maybe not too close - Hate for him to drop a huge rock and crush us all at once." Indicating the Dwarves Rrowullh adds, "If our new friends will join us in this, I suggest they not reveal themselves as such to the Nekromantzer, until it is necessary.""

"Reynaldo remember the dark figure the dwarrg met after the duel. I believe the he has something to do with the dwargg seeking us out." Shadout pauses....... "If the dwargg wanted to kill us it would be a lot easier to set a trap outside the trading post." "I believe that Enyeto and I should flank the necromancer, when the encounter occurs. We both have the ability to strike from a distance. If the situation warrants up-close and personal fighting I think we can handle that as well."
Enyeto looks at the mage after the mention of his name. "I can speak for myself. Don't assume too much mage. By the way, when do I get the hot meal you promised?"

Mundy says, "I am best at ranged combat, so maybe I should accompany the flanking group, Reynaldo? That way we have six in front of them and three able to deal death from a distance behind. Assuming the dwarves are not avers to standing with us, here."

[So if I gather rightly, the bulk of the group will go out the front door and directly confront the dwargg and the hunchback, with the tigrans in the fore, and the others a few paces behind, while Shadout and Enyeto (and maybe Mundy), go out the back to flank them in case of trouble?]

But now that Tembo may have been recognized, presumably the dwarggs are headed to Vempoor's even now, so I think that moves up the timetable. If everyone else is agreeable, the rest will go out the front to avoid dragging Vempoor into the confrontation. Just in case the dwarggs are right outside the door, we'll have some open the door for them, and the Tigrans will go out first using their Stalker skill if applicable. The only other modification I suggest is, that if the dwargg's aren't immedaitely outside, Rrowullh will lag back with Tembo and Reynaldo and Khanmahtt face the Dwarggs directly.) Khanmahtt nods his head, "Inyatoh, Mundy & The Shahdout, I accept your plans. Quickly go out the back door and circle round the building. We will wait a short time for you to get into position, yes? The rest of us should go out the front. Rraynaldoh, will you speak with The Nekromantzurr at my side?"

"Khan if things go badly, we need to hit the necromancer with everything we have and try to take him out as soon as we can. Enyeto, you concentrate on the hunchback. Gentlemen, good luck." With that said Shadout pulls the hood of his cloak over his head and goes out the door.
Enyeto takes Khan's paw, "We will either dance on the dwargg's corpse or drink to his health." Enyeto pulls the hood up on his cloak and follows Shadout.

Khanmahtt is touched by Enyeto's sentiment. With a gruff rumble, Khanmahtt nods at both friends' farewell, "May we All profit in the balance. If it comes to it, my friends shoot well. See you both outside."

Mundy follows Shadout and Enyeto out the back door. The three men are plunged into darkness - the alley here is narrow, crooked and very poorly lit compared to the main street. You step over several forms on the stinking cobblestones. You find the another short alley that connects to the main street, and turn that way. Mundy strings his bow, and the three peek out toward the street.
The necromancer and the hunchback pass by the alley you are standing in, and they have been joined by four other dwarggs. They do not notice you as you pass by. They are heading toward Vempoor's at a cautious pace. Shadout does not see the third figure he saw at the checkpoint.
When they pass by, the three step out into the the street behind them. At that moment, the rest of the party emerges from Vempoor's...
[Dramatic pause for any last moment preparations...]

Enyeto nocks an arrow as he steps into the main street. He tries to get into a position where a missed shot will not strike his companions.
Likewise, Shadout moves cautiously into a position that will keep friends out of harms way.
