thanks on the folding style. however, i've decided it has the most value in a 'quick & dirty' situation where you want something that is easy to grab and move about. although storage isn't as much of a problem as regular paper minis, it's still too much of a problem for a minimalist like myself (and really, the traditional method is much easier to produce). for those reasons, i have decided to take the 'token' route. using google image searches for fantasy art, token tool, and cheap 1" wood circles, i have the best solution for my desires. i plan to 'double-up' on the bases to make them easier to grab. wood circles shop.hobbylobby.com/products/wood-adhesive-back-alphabet-circles-605865/UPDATE: i have discovered that those new, smaller water-bottle caps can be used instead of the wooden circles token tool www.rptools.net/index.php?page=tokentooltutorial here (for anyone curious)(using metal washers instead) newbiedm.com/2008/11/22/newbiedm-tutorial-counters-tokens-or-pogs/back to light-hearted humor... i like the dario goblins. i think they look like little old men...which leads my imagination to create some very humorous encounters.
