Playing through my first combat, I have a question about the "Reaction" rules for LAW. The rules state that "A defender can react to ONE of his attackers. However, the defender gives up his following turn," which makes sense to me. However the flow chart online at www.darkcitygames.com/docs/LegendsTurnCard.pdf seems to imply that a character can choose to not do an action after moving (the "Do Nothing") option and then "bank" that (for the lack of a better term) to then Dodge or Counter Attack without having to give up your next turn. Am I misreading the chart and understanding the printed rules right, or..? Thanks!!

Hey, Supermaxv,
Welcome to the boards!
That chart by Marc (Lord Inar on these boards) is about 7 years old, and to be honest I had forgotten it was still there on our website!
We have changed things since then (like the half move thing). It is definitely outdated, based on a much earlier iteration of our rules. Your initial understanding of our written rules is correct.
Sorry for the confusion! George is the web master, I'll get him to do something about the old turn sequence.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Welcome again!
Bret

Awesome. thanks for the quick response Bret! I'm sure I'll have some more questions as I work through the module (playing through Orcs of the High Mountains for the first time right now) so I'll be around!
