Really dumb question, sorry.. But in Punisher's Keep, at para - 67.. The Sargent guard has his ST as 13(4), and DX at 13(11)
Now normally I believed the number in the () to be the current value of the attribute..
So am I right in assuming that the Sargent has only 4 current STs, and to kill him would only take 4 hits?
As for DX. I assume he will need 11 to attack anything successfully...

The (11) after DX denotes adjusted dexterity. Very sorry about that! It's a shorthand that I use with the kids, but I realize that it's never explained anywhere.
