Hey all,
Just had a good play session getting through most of Jewel's Point, the first island of The Oracle's Breath. Two issues did pop up though, and I wanted to check for ideas for next time.
1) Event 055, 6 Crabs are specified, but the counters + number of locations noted correspond to 4. Should we just play with 4 in the future? It isn't a hard encounter with 4 (how we played it), but then it doesn't need to be, especially as it comes in the vicinity of some stat checks that can easily result in damage from falls or poor swimming.
2) Event 042, Venus Fly Traps. They're said to grapple anyone who gets adjacent, and the party starts out adjacent to one. But if I read this literally it seems that one will attempt to grapple at the start and then the party can just walk around the rest. Is this the intention, or are more characters supposed to start out ambushed, or is the range for the fly trap's attack greater than 1 hex around the stalk?
