I have a few questions and some requests after reviewing the 6 LTS adventures. (1) "Into Chaos" doesn't list any attribute totals for the players/crew. (2) "Deceit & Betrayal" shows attributes for 36 point characters, how can it be a beginning adventure? (3) How many loads of plattnerite does a standard UPF Frigate carry? Is it stored in engineering or in the cargo section? (4) Is plattnerite the required fuel for Jumps by all ships?
Requests: (1) Issue a revised "Carbon Run" map showing Void Station 57 & Abbadon/Sheol systems. (2) Decide on the propulsion systems used, to be consistent, Jump Drives or Hyperspace gates. (3) Electronic copies of the counters/maps.

Hey, madhopper50,
Some excellent points and requests!
Taking your questions: 1) I playtested this about 8 years ago, I need to go back and review it, but I am surprised/embarrassed the point total is left out. As I recall, it is for 36-point characters. 2) DAB is kind of its own universe, as Nick wrote it without referring to any of our other existing games. Even though the point total indicates more experienced characters, it sounds like our marketing department opted to refer to it as Beginner, as the game play is relatively straightforward. Still, I would have remained consistent with the point total-based model and called it intermediate... 3) It has been a year since it was edited, my memory is hazy, but I think that it is essentially unlimited. If you can find it, you can store it. As to where its carried, we probably should have specified it as in the engineering section. 4) Only in the DAB adventure, as it is rather self-contained.
Requests: 1) We should indeed; 2) Mostly agree, but we give our authors leeway to write as they want, as we think it gets the best results. However, you are probably right that we should try to standardize all the sf games with "series bible" kind of document going forward. 3) We'll see what we can do!
