Need clarification: "Once read, the ink in a spell book disappears, rendering it completely useless. However, the reader immediately learns the spell..." What happens if the spell has a higher IQ requirement than the mage has? Does the mage still get the spell, or does he remember the spell when his IQ attribute meets the spell's IQ requirement?
This rule is from "The Edge of the World". Base rules state the mage only knows spells of his IQ level or less.
