Hello,
I was curious if any of you remember which adventures had very light, or no resource management. I have some of the older adventures and looking to pick up a few newer ones. I was looking at Raid on Cygnosa but read that it was resource management heavy. I believe I also read that The Thing in The Lake didn't have much at all.
I can always modify or play without but I was just curious which ones relied on it more than the others (such as food requirements, resting, etc.).
Thanks!

Hello Zman,
Recently, I completed Shadows in the Dark. It has very little to no resource management. There comes a time when you must rest, but the book directs you through it, so there's no bookkeeping. There's no food to keep track of or total number of days to log. It's a good game, great writing, quite engrossing and, at times, just gross, but that's a good thing. I recommend it.

Joe,
Rest is really the big resource management, as it dictates the recovery of Fatigue and ST (ouside of healing potions). As far as food and other stuff (like light in Raid) you can hand wave it if you prefer, and not worry about it. Even rest, you can be arbitrary if you want. Resource management is there just for those who want the added realism and complexity.
Julie is right, though, Shadows in the Dark is resource light, as is Thing in the Lake. Sewers of Redpoint and Wolves on the Rhine probably are, too.
