More questions after fighting the first combat in "The Oracle's Breath:"
1. Do characters provide cover for each other (in game terminology I guess it would be "do they obstruct each other") for the purposes of shooting / throwing? My guess from the rules would be no.
2. If characters A and B are engaged in grappling, can anyone else attack them without also grappling into that grapple-pile? The rules state that characters engaged in a grapple can only attack each other, but I assumed that no one else could attack to (due to the chaos of trying to pick out which one is your buddy before you swing your sword).

Hey, supermaxv,
1. Not according to our rules. I have messed around with a house rule that each guy blocking a shot makes it a -1 to the attack roll, and if you end up missing by one because of that, you hit the first guy between you and the target (in case of multiple guys blocking).
2. Rules are silent here, and I have played it both ways in the past. The rule I have settled on (for now anyway) is that you can strike into a grapple from the outside, but if you miss, you hit your friend instead.

Thanks!! I am getting increasingly comfortable with house-ruling these sort of things, so your suggestions are super helpful.
