Hey, all,
The best RPG prodct I ever bought, bar none, was Strike Force for Champions. It detailed Aaron Allston's superhero campaign, from the inital playtest of Champions for The Space Gamer in 1981, until the book's publication in 1988. The advice and techniques for game mastering and making things continually interesting for the players transcended sperhero campaigns, applying to all forms of RP gaming.
There is a new edition being made, from his notes of the campaign after 1988. These are compiled from like 600 mb of his computer notes - he died a few years ago. Evidently it is mostly finished at this point, and the creative team is running a kickstarter to get better art. You can also by a pdf of the original Strike Force, which otherwise is like 150 bucks on ebay.
I am definitely in, and some of you might be interested as well. I reccomend it for inspirational reading, if nothing else!
