Hey all,
July 2018 was our best month ever. There were a couple of reasons why. I am not sure of the total number of games sold (George forgot to tell me and I forgot to ask), but I think it was probably around what we'd sell at GenCon when we went (~115 copies) but without the booth costs (near $1000 in 2008, the last year we went) and room expense ($500+) and food, and gas for me (the fill-up-your-car kind of gas). Echoes of the Old Ones sold 40 copies in one day - it usually takes a month for a new book to do that.
I always try to express our appreciation for your business, and I hope it comes across as sincere. So once again, George and I truly thank you for your patronage.
It is probably unrealistic to expect to sustain this level of business for another month. And it's not like this can become our full-time jobs - we'd need to sell a lot more for that.
But we are going to keep plugging away. We should have two more games coming out this year, a new one set in Redpoint that will be two separate adventures, and a long-promised one from George. More on both of those later.
But for now, a final

Wow! You guys have been doing this for a LONG time so it's great that rather than fading away, things are picking up. I would guess it has something to do with the re-launch of TFT. It's never been a better time to roll 3d6 and move your figures around hexes! I myself am in the middle of going through Echoes of the Old Ones solitaire and keeping an eye on the TFT Kickstarter on a daily basis.
Awesome to hear that two more modules are on the way. Redpoint and the Stormspeake Peninsula are becoming a pretty well-developed setting.

Just received the four fantasy adventures I ordered four days ago. I am excited about playing again and plan on ordering more in the near future. Congratulations on the recent success -- I hope you are able to sustain the higher level of sales.
