Any thoughts of using 1/72 scale miniatures vice tokens/counters for the various DCG modules? 1/72 figures are approximately 1 inch in height wich would match the one-inch hexes on the various maps.

I've ordered a "Wild West Cowboy" and an "Indian" set. 48 Cowboys + 2 horses + 2 riders and 48 Indians + 2 horses + one rider. I'll post some pics if they work with the DCG maps.

When playing with my son in 2016 I used Cardboard Heroes, which are nominally 1/72, and it worked very well.

Alert: For anyone buying plastic miniatures, the Imex & Revell minis are 1/72 scale. The Airfix Cowboys, even though the box advertises 1/72 scale, the minis are "1/87" HO scale.

Update: Spruedude's miniatures arrived. Looks like they are 32mm in size (larger than my 1/72 minis), but still fit inside the LAW 1" hexes. For some reason the Dwarf heads come in two-parts. ? Minis are nice and thick hard plastic. Arms with weapons are interchangeable with other character/races. Snake Men come with one crossbow (will give it to one of the Human Fighters) and many heads for different appearances. The Elve Infantry sprue is now sold-out. As a Free gift I was given an Old West "Out House" building model.

The free "Out House" is the size of one TFT hex (1.5"). Decided to order the 28mm stable and crates (12 crates) plus Gunslingers I & II (10 male/female fighters) to use with LUW.

I guess I should have searched the Web first, 1/72 scale is 20mm and 28mm is 1/56 scale. So all my Cowboy & Indians are 20mm and all my Sprudude minis are 28mm. I was hoping to use my stagecoach & wagons with my Sprudude Cowboys, a 28mm horseless wagon is currently $16.99.
