(Almost simultaneous posts, didn't see your answers and Kludd's initiative roll - I hate to give up the opportunity to charge but let's see if he can goad the Dwargg into charging him).
"Who tattered your purretty purrple cape? Your mothurr must be mad at you for doing that to your baby blanket? Or has she died of embarassment, or your stench? Come short thing, let's dance." He rests his shield and couches his spear.

Confusion crosses his features as he weighs your goading. then, misunderstanding, he yells, "My mother's stench was the greatest!" Kludd's eyes go wide and he charges you.
[With the reach of the poleweapon, you may attack first, at +1 to hit for set vs. charge and +1d6 if you hit. If you let him strike first, you will not get those bonuses, as you will have waited to late to receive his momentum, and you will be attacking normally in that case.]

Khanmahtt purrs to himself when he sees the Dwargg charge, but focuses himself to insure a solid hit, he doesn;t want to waste this chance. (Pole weaon skill +1 to hit, plus +1 to hit for set vs. charge for a total of bonus of 2 to right) 3d6-2;2d6+2 ¨ [5,1,2,-2] = (6) Hits!!! 3d6-2;2d6+2 ¨ [3,3,2] = (8) Not the front to back disembowlement I was hoping for, but a solid blow nonetheless. invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3414156/Khanmahtt's spear pierces Kludd's black mail!

[8-3=5 hits to Kludd.] The enraged dwargg does not seem to notice the spear-thrust as he swings his battleaxe (needs a 7 to hit). nevertheless, his swing goes wide (a 15). invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3414170/

Now it would be Khan's turn to go, but he used his reach to attack first, essentially a Counterattack and giving up his turn. But it occurs to me that you might have thought that by deferring, you were using the deferred turn now, rather than losing it.
Maybe we should have hacked it out more thoroughly. But look, since you didn't use your Stalker skill (which would have essentially allowed you to charge and then attack again, had you coupled it with initiative), we'll let things slide a bit into gray areas.
We'll get back on track now, with Khanmahtt's Turn 2 action.
Go Khan!

(Yep, I'm confused. Definitely thought I was using the deferred turn 1, rather than surrendering Turn 2, or some such. Also didn't think Stalker skill was usable in an "obvious standup, both opponents are facing each other, fighting is going to break out any second sort of fight like this." So by implication, if we have two high noon gunfighters are having a showdown; one of them can use Stalker skill to take an early/extra shot? ) "Hmmm... I smell my mistake now, Hrrakkah was too high praise for you. Your scent is rather sweet. It must be the fear." Khanmahtt withdraws his spear and quickly jabs towards the spot where the mail was pierced previously. (Applying skill for damage) 3d6;1d6+3 - [6,1,1] = (8) 3d6;1d6+3 - [2,3] = (5) invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3414593/

[No problem, i should have hacked it out with you more. But yes, in High Noon whoever has Stalker can try to get the jump. And deferring is losing your turn.] [You do 2 more points of damage; he has taken 7.] "When you see your dead ancestors, tell them Kludd the Mighty sent you, little kitty!" he swings and...again the blade swings wide! invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3415053/

Khanmahtt goes for the same weak spot in Kludd's armor a second time...
3d6;1d6+3 ¨ [5,6,4] = (15) Miss!! 3d6;1d6+3 ¨ [6,3] = (9) Would have been Max damage.
...but the Dwargg anticipated this move and deftly sidesteps the thrust.

The assembled dwarggs laugh and call out insults, mostly to Khanmahtt, but Kludd gets a few as well. One calls out, "10 silvers on the kitty!" Kludd grunts and swings again...and again the axe swings wide (11). invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3415387/

[If I'm allowed to do this!] Over the roar of the crowd, Reynaldo yells out, "Khanmatt, follow through from behind!" 3d6-1 → [2,2,2,-1] = (5) Tactician roll for Khanmatt to steal initiative back. invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3415384/Next Reynaldo will shout to Khanmatt "His left leg is weaker, go for that!" 3d6-1 → [3,6,4,-1] = (12) Stealth roll to secretly pass Khanmatt Leadership direction invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3415394/I don't know know if now I can't (even if I could) or whether I do anyway but now am noticed.

Hey, cool idea! It is now khan's move, but I'll give you the stealing of intiative for the subsequent move by Kludd. So Khan may attack twice, now. You were definitely noticed giving advice to Khan. There is a lot of advice, helpful or anatomically possible or not, so it is not a big deal right now. You don't get the impression that the screaming dwarggs care about a fair fight. So on one of the two attacks, Khan can take a +2 to hit. Reynaldo does notice, however, that one of the dwarggs who is apart from the others, and evidently a mage by his lack of armor and the mystic tattoos on his face, is now looking very intently at the party's leader. He does not make any threatening move, but his eyes are burning into you and he is now ignoring the fight...

Heeding Reynaldo's advice, Khanmahtt ducks down and moves against the momentum of the dwarrg's wild swing. Since Kludd hadn't yet recovered from the miss, Khanmahtt finds himself standing to the dwargg's back-hand side. He sees Kludd's exposed rib cage as a perfect target, and thrusts his spear. (+2 to hit from Leadership bonus, Pole Arm skill +1 to Damage) 3d6-2;1d6+3 -> [3,4,1,-2] = (6) 3d6-2;1d6+3 -> [6,3] = (9) invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3415731/ The massive strike sinks the spearpoint deep into Dwargg's chest. "It is fun, eh?", says Khanmahtt in a distinctly human accent, sounding nothing like his normal voice.

He then tries to follow that mighty wound quickly with another jab... but that one goes wide.

I will say it was blacknigel's idea for the leadership bonus (credit where credit is due!) Who'd notice a little extra cheering? Oops! Somebody did!

[He has now taken 13 points of damage.] The crowd roars as Khan's spear bites deep. Some of the crowd have clearly gone to his side. Those still with Kludd cheer when Khanmahtt's follow up misses. Kludd's eyes now are wide with fear and pain. But he has no choice but to press on...Khan might accept his surrender, but the rest of the dwarggs wouldn't. With a yowl he swings overhand an straight down in a glittering arc...and sparks fly off the stone as he again misses (13). His yowling intensifies and slobber flies from his lips... invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3415785/
